Mr. Carl A. Adams

Mr. Adams founded CTA Solutions LLC in October 2004.  He has created an organization and environment where the best of the best engineers can flourish and reap rewards for hard work while developing and delivering a top quality product to clients.  Mr. Adams is very well respected in the DoD community and has received many accolades for his leadership and management.  Prior to starting CTA Solutions, Mr. Adams worked with several top defense firms and as a Vice President and Managing Director of staffs in excess of 100 engineers. His responsibilities included business development and managing engineering contracts for a variety of Commercial and DoD customers.   Mr. Adams has continued to lead by example by attaining top-level vendor neutral certifications (CISSP-ISSMP, CISM and CWNP) and degrees (BSc. CIS and M.B.A) to ensure his consultancy of technical solutions are strategically and comprehensively conceived and implemented.    His corporate vision is to demand technical excellence in every company effort. Ms. Freka Scott

Ms. Scott has nearly 10 years of experience as an executive working for several international associations. She also spent three years on Capitol Hill as a congressional staffer at the United States Senate. Ms. Scott has managed budgets for organizations with resources exceeding several millions of dollars and has handled all contracting and finances. She has managed government conferences around the world and worked extensively with top government agencies and defense contractors.   Ms. Scott has a M.B.A with concentration in Business Finance and has completed Dale Carnegie’s Executive Leadership for Managers course work, which she lends to CTA Solutions corporate offices.

Mrs. Stasie Banks

Mrs. Banks is a results-driven executive with a proven record of accomplishment of maximizing resources, streamlining production and driving process improvements. Director of Communications and Acting Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Morgan Mattision

Mr. Mattison is a business executive with a successful record of accomplishment of leading, growing, and operating business units in small and large corporate environments. He possesses a comprehensive technical and management experience base with a broad range of IT, aerospace, DOD, and Weather community programs and clients.  Prior to joining CTA Solutions, Mr. Mattison was with the United States Air Force and the Federal Aviation Administration. As Commander, Meteorology and Reconnaissance Squadron, he was responsible for overseeing the Weather and Reconnaissance systems services for the US Air Force. Additional career highlights include being recognized by the FAA as one of their most prolific technical communicators and oral presenter.  Mr. Mattison holds a BS in Mathematics and a Masters from Air Force Institute of Technology in Meteorology.

Director of Marketing and Technical Sales

Mr. William Robinson

Mr. Robinson has worked in Information Technology for over 20+ years. His experience extends from network engineering, Aviation Electronics, to Aviation networks and satellite systems operations and maintenance, to large systems engineering and acquisition programs for the Federal Avation Administration. Mr. Robin’s areas of expertise include systems engineering and integration, acqui-sitions (Program Element Manager), program management, information assurance (CISM designation and certification), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (Foundations Certification). Mr. Robinson spent ten years as a Communications Officer in the US Navy and holds an MSEE from George Washington University.
